Zuì wēng zhī yì bù zài jiǔ, zài hū shān shuǐ zhī jiān yě. Shān shuǐ zhī lè, dé zhī xīn ér yù zhī jiǔ yě.

The Old Drunkard's heart lies not in the wine, but in the mountains and waters. The joy of mountains and waters is captured in the soul and given expression through wine.
